Pressure washing services across San Diego County
San Diego's dry climate keeps things looking dusty, and the marine layer along the coast breeds algae and mildew on concrete, stucco, and wood surfaces. A professional pressure wash removes years of buildup from driveways, patios, walkways, and fences in a few hours, without the streaks, overspray damage, or blown-out grout that comes from using the wrong pressure for the surface. We adjust PSI and tip selection for each material.
What's included in this service?
- Concrete driveway and walkway cleaning, removes oil stains, tire marks, and biological growth
- Patio and pool deck washing at surface-safe pressure for pavers, concrete, and stone
- Stucco exterior washing with low-pressure soft wash technique (high pressure damages stucco)
- Wood fence and deck washing before staining or sealing
- Retaining wall and block wall algae and mildew removal
- Trash enclosure and garbage area degreasing
- HOA-required driveway cleaning before inspections (common in Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and other master-planned communities)
When do you need this service?
- The driveway is gray-green with algae or has visible oil or rust stains
- Your HOA has flagged the driveway or exterior for cleaning before an inspection
- You're listing the home and want maximum curb appeal before photos
- The patio or pool deck is slippery from biological growth, a safety issue
- You're about to stain or seal a wood deck or fence and need a clean surface first
What do homeowners ask about Pressure Washing?
Will pressure washing damage my stucco?
Only if done incorrectly. We use a soft wash technique on stucco, low pressure with a surfactant to break down the biological growth. Direct high-pressure water can blow out stucco texture or force water behind the surface. We've done this enough in San Diego stucco homes to know where the line is.
Can you remove oil stains from a concrete driveway?
Yes, though heavy or old oil stains may require a degreaser pre-treatment followed by a hot-water pass. We'll let you know during the booking if the stains look like they'll need extra treatment and if there's an added cost.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Not necessarily. For exterior-only jobs (driveway, patio, fence), we just need access to an outdoor hose bib and any gates to be unlocked. We'll confirm the access needs when booking.
How long should I wait after pressure washing to seal or stain?
Concrete needs 24–48 hours to dry completely before sealing. Wood surfaces need at least 48 hours, and ideally 72 if you had the marine layer overnight. We'll tell you the specific dry time based on conditions when we finish.
